Fred Orr joined ITT Sheraton in 1968 as an Assistant Manager of the Moana and Surfrider hotels. He quickly moved on to various management positions at Sheraton’s neighbor island hotels, including Director of Sales, Resident Manager, General Manager, and from 1993 until now, General Manager of the Moana Surfrider hotel.
Orr recently received the 2006 Sales Experience Engineering Leadership Award, the 2006 GOP Flow-Through Award, the 2006 Regional Hotel of the Year Award, the 3rd Quarter 2006 Sales General Manager Award and the 2006Top Sales & Catering Team Award.
Fred received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing at the University of Hawaii.
Jonathan Laskey

Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel
Jonathan joined Sheraton in 1995 as a Guest Service Agent at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. He was quickly promoted to various management positions including Reception Manager at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Area Director of Six Sigma for the Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki and General Manager of the 49-room W Honolulu. Currently Jonathan is the hotel manager for the 1,152-room Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel.
Jonathan received his Bachelors Degree in Communications at the University of Hawaii.
Corinne Janssen

Corinne Janssen has spent her life traveling the world. Janssen, who calls herself an “Oil Brat,” became familiar with expatriate life from an early age, moving across the globe with a father in the oil industry. She has lived in 13 countries including the Netherlands, Brunei, Nigeria, Oman and Australia. It was those journeys that inspired Janssen to join the hospitality industry.
Janssen joined the Sheraton family in July 1989 as sales manager for the Benelux Global Sales Office in Brussels, and was later promoted to director of sales for the Sheraton Ankara Hotel. Following an assignment at the Sheraton Antalya Resort, also in Turkey, Janssen returned to Brussels as area director of sales and promotions for the Benelux. During that time, Janssen was responsible for coordinating the sales and marketing for the ITT Sheraton properties in Amsterdam, Luxemburg and Brussels.
Janssen made the move to the Fiji Islands in August 1997 to serve as the director of sales and marketing for the Sheraton Resorts on Denarau Island. Janssen oversaw all sales and marketing functions for the resort complex, which included three uniquely different resorts and a golf and tennis club. Following her time in Fiji, Janssen moved to French Polynesia as area director of sales and marketing for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Janssen made her way across the Pacific to Hawaii in 2004. As the sales and marketing director for Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Waikiki , Janssen oversees the Waikiki sales force, including MCI, leisure, Asia, domestic and corporate sales for the Sheraton Waikiki; The Royal Hawaiian; Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort; and Sheraton Princess Kaiulani.
Janssen graduated from the Hotel School HOSTA in Leysin, Switzerland, with diplomas in hotel management and administration. Janssen sits on the board for the Oahu Visitors Bureau and is Starwood’s sales and marketing college relations “ambassador” for Hawaii. Janssen is fluent in four languages, and enjoys spending time scuba diving and fishing.
