The Xerox Business Center at the Sheraton Waikiki is a full-service, hotel-based business center. The 1,900-square foot facility is located on the fourth floor within the Ho‘okipa Center, which is also the site of the hotel’s fitness center and Keiki Aloha (children’s) program.
The Xerox Business Center offers a wide range of document services, supported by the knowledge, experience and attention to detail offered by our 200-plus staff members at Xerox Hawaii. Xerox Hawaii has been in business for more than 40 years, with offices throughout the Pacific, including Hawaii and Micronesia.
We offer custom end-to-end copying and printing, design and layout services, notary services, and the collation and delivery of completed document packages. Our 1,900-square foot facility at Sheraton Waikiki also features desktop workstations equipped with high-speed internet access, a wireless access lounge, computer, cell phone and office equipment rentals, packaging and shipping services, and auxiliary and fax services.
Whether you're an independent business traveler, meeting planner, or exhibitor of a 3,000-plus member convention, we have the resources to provide you with the services and manpower you need. To assist with your office equipment needs, we have created an on-line Office Equipment Inquiry Form.
End-To-End Production Services
Save on time, shipping costs and the inconvenience of bringing your documents with you by submitting your printing, copying, and production orders online, directly to our business center. When you arrive at the Sheraton Waikiki, we will have your order ready and waiting for you. Our prices are competitive and volume discounts are available on large orders. Internet/Workstation Access
Our facility is equipped with multiple workstations, offering highspeed internet access and Microsoft Office. These desktop workstations are connected to highperformance Xerox digital black and white, and color devices. We also have a wireless access lounge where you can connect your laptops to the internet without the use of cables and wirelines.
Digital Printing
We offer quality and professional black and white, and color printing using Xerox' signature, technologically advanced machines. We can print your documents on colored paper, cardstock, resume paper, labels, tabs and transparencies, depending upon your needs.
Oversize Color Printing
Our large format printing capabilities give you brilliant color prints up to 36 inches wide by any reasonable length. Over-size printing requests will require a minimum of 24 hour turnaround.
Auxiliary Services
In addition to standard printing, we offer a variety of other finishing services including binding, booklet production, collating, cutting, mounting, laminating, padding, and lami-label. Please note, some auxiliary services may require a 24 hour turnaround.
Special Events and Programs
We offer a host of hardware, software and services solutions to meet your business travel needs; desktops, laptops, color and black and white copiers and printers, two-way radios, cellular phones, fax machines, and other products and services are available. Fax Service
Local, domestic and international outbound fax services are available for a fee.
Cell Phone Rentals
Cell phones are available for rent on a daily or weekly basis. Rental fee does include airtime charges.
Courier Shipping
We make shipping your gifts, souvenirs, and other items convenient by offering packaging and shipping services. We use UPS, DHL and FedEx. You may use your own account number (handling fees assessed) or use our account number to ship your packages. We can also assist you with claims for lost or damaged packages. Rates are based on dimension, weight, and destination. Contact our business center for current rates.
Office Supplies
Our business center is stocked with a variety of office supplies available for purchase, from ethernet cables, CDs, floppy and zip disks, to memory sticks, flip chart paper, binders and a myriad of other items.
