Located at the former entrance site of the Ainahau Estate, once home to Hawaii's beloved Princess Victoria Kaiulani, the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani opened on June 11, 1955 (King Kamehameha Day), at a cost of $4.5 million. It was the largest hotel built in Hawaii since The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort in 1927 and houses historic photographs of the princess and the royal monarchy throughout the property. Twelve luxury suites were added in 1959. The Diamond Head Wing (now the Kaiulani Wing) opened in September 1960 and the Ainahau Tower was added in 1970.

The hotel is also bordered by world-class shopping, dining and entertainment.  The hotel is nine miles from Honolulu International Airport.

Our ala carte dinner menu offers a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, broiled meats and seafood. Sipping tropical drinks poolside at Splash Bar and Bento is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy "bento-style" dining.
