The unique layout of the Princess Kaiulani Hotel includes three (3) distinct buildings:
- Ainahau Tower (all guest rooms have balcony)
- Princess Wing
- Kaiulani Wing (all guest rooms have balcony)
Smoking rooms available upon request, based on availability
- 21st Floor of the Ainahau Tower (high ocean view only)
- 8th Floor of the Kaiulani Wing (city and standard view only)
- The charge for smoking in a non-smoking room is $300.00
- Guest can only smoke in the room
- No smoking on any guestroom lanai (balcony)

Parking/Surfboard/Paddleboard information
- Self-Parking ONLY (Daily Fee Applies) / Maximum height for vehicles is 6'6" / NO oversize parking stalls available.
- ADA Lobby Access from our parking structure available via the 3rd and 4th floors of the Ainahau Tower. These entrances are located at the top levels of our parking structure.
- Limited storage is available for surfboards and the per day storage fee is $5.00 + tax, per board
- The hotel cannot accommodate the storage of stand-up paddleboards nor are these boards allowed in guest elevators of guest rooms
