Effective for all arrivals, deposit and cancel policy for FTI reservations at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani will be:

Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee due 10 days from date of booking otherwise subject to cancellation. If a reservation is booked within 72 hours, credit card guarantee will be required at time of booking. Reservation is subject to cancellation without a credit card guarantee.

Cancel Policy: 72 hour cancel policy. If reservation cancelled within 72 hours, there will be a one night cancel charge.

Holiday Policy: Effective for reservations between December 26, 2012 through January 3, 2013. One night deposit due 10 days from booking. 14 day cancellation policy, forfeit one day deposit if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
