Effective for all arrivals, deposit and cancel policy for FIT reservations at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani will be:

Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee due 10 days from date of booking otherwise subject to cancellation. If a reservation is booked within 72 hours, credit card guarantee will be required at time of booking. Reservation is subject to cancellation without a credit card guarantee.

Cancel Policy: 72 hour cancel policy. If reservation cancelled within 72 hours, there will be a one night cancel charge.

Holiday Policy: Effective for reservations stays between December 26, 2013 and January 3, 2014, a two-night deposit is due 10 days from booking. A 30-day cancellation policy will apply; two nights deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
